Our History

Established in 1997, S.O.A., Inc. d/b/a SOA Utility & Construction Services, has been serving its’ clients in middle Georgia with quality, honesty, and integrity. Our home office is located in Perry, Georgia where all of our business is conducted. Our background has much diversity in the construction industry such as design/build, fast-track construction, renovation, and construction management. Our insurance and safety programs have allowed us the flexibility needed to meet the challenge of each client’s project. The success our company has enjoyed with our clients clearly delineates flexibility and sensitivity with design concepts, project cost and duration.

In part, our job is to continue providing a quality facility, establishing your individual facility needs and providing flexibility which, in essence, assists your client to meet its’ commitment.
